General Well-Being

During these difficult times Kings continues to work hard to ensure that all our students remain safe.

5 Top Tips for your mental health and wellbeing:
  1. Form a routine – make sure you get enough sleep and be prepared for each day.
  2. Set mini goals – for a sense of achievement, set targets and reward yourself when you achieve these.
  3. Eat well – start your day with a decent breakfast and ensure you continue with a balanced diet.
  4. Give yourself breaks – don’t overwork yourself and have plenty of time away from a screen. Use this time to get active and do some exercise.
  5. Keep connected with friends – they might not be in the same room but your friends are still there.

Below you will find links (please click on the icon to access the website) and documents all focused on maintaining well-being and keeping the you and your family safe.
