Kings International College is a cashless school and we ask that parents use only our e-payment method to pay for dinner money, trips, activities, resources etc. This can be done online using a very secure website called ParentPay.
You will have received personalised account activation details when your child started at Kings. If you have activated an account but are unable to locate your login details or need to request re-issue of the account activation details, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.

If you do not have access to the internet, cashless payments for trips, activities, resources etc will need to be made at local convenience store displaying the PayPoint logo. Barcoded letters will be made available to you to facilitate these payments as required. Dinner money can also be paid this way via card. Please note that PayPoint payments can take up to 48 hours to process and your child may miss out on opportunities with limited availability if you use this method.
If you do not have access to the internet and therefore cannot create a ParentPay account, please to obtain a PayPoint application form.
Cash is only accepted in school for non-regular activities, e.g. charity events, mufti days, book fairs. Small denominations can be loaded on to dinner money accounts using the re-valuer on an occasional basis but cash payments are not accepted in school.
