Careers and Enterprise Company Enterprise Adviser
The Careers and Enterprise Company (CEC) has been set up by government to connect schools with employers. CEC runs a network of Enterprise Coordinators who each support a group of senior business volunteers, known as Enterprise Advisers. At Kings International College, our Enterprise Adviser (business volunteer) is Christiana Ugowe. She uses her knowledge of the local business landscape to support the school to develop an effective careers plan, and to create opportunities via her local business contacts for our students. Kings International College employs an independent Careers Adviser, Lynda O’Connor, who provides the following advice and guidance: A 40-minute one-to-one interview for every Year 10 student to support their transition into post-16 education Further Education

ASK – The Apprenticeship Support and Knowledge for Schools and Colleges programme (ASK) is funded by the National Apprenticeship Service, part of the Department for Education ALPS - a non-profit making company dedicated to supporting Learning Providers and Learners to achieve their potential in the field of work based learning.
