To achieve this aim, we provide an education relevant to the 21st century delivered through engaging schemes of learning in an environment that emphasises traditional standards of uniform, discipline and respect. This is supported by our consistency and non-negotiables.
We strive in ADT at KIC to ensure that each individual student is educated and supported to succeed within our subject and developing life skills. The education we provide is rooted in quality teaching with specialist teachers in a variety of subjects. This enables us to provide an enhanced range of experiences and opportunities designed to excite and engage.
Within the ADT faculty we aim to provide inclusive Art, Design and Technology for all students of any age, background and ability, ensuring our students aim towards the highest quality and consistency in their working practices and behaviour.
We aim to be an outstanding faculty, utilising and sharing our breadth of skills, knowledge and passion, with a forward-thinking outlook, turning every challenge into an opportunity. We support each other as closely as we support our students and never become complacent with our achievements. We will draw out our students’ talents and help them achieve to their full potential, with praise and reward them whenever possible.
